Refund policy

At Ozibel, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by tracking information.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unopened
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and components intact

Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing components are not eligible for return.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. To begin the return process, please contact us first. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the designated return address by email.

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If free shipping was applied, the equivalent shipping cost may be deducted from the refund
  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable

After-Sale Warranty

Ozibel offers a 30-day after-sale warranty starting from the delivery date.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us promptly and include clear photographic evidence of the issue. Do not dispose of the product or its packaging until the matter has been resolved.

After verification, we will provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Items produced specifically to order or customized at the customer’s request are not eligible for return or exchange.

However, a refund or replacement may be offered if the item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Is missing components or incorrect
  • Contains a production or configuration error
  • Differs materially from the original order

Minor differences in color or appearance caused by lighting conditions or screen settings do not constitute defects.

Refund Processing

A valid proof of purchase is required for all refunds. Returned items must not be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email within 1 business day regarding approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not yet appeared, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Reach out to your bank for processing updates

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Cancellations & Exchanges

Order cancellations or modifications must be requested within 10 hours of placing the order.

Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us to arrange an exchange if applicable.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining the tracking number.

Ozibel is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit when sent without tracking.

For items valued over 75£, we recommend using a shipping service that includes insurance.
